The person who served me took the time to explain to me the possible options with the pros and cons so that I could make an informed decision. She even offered me an option where I could do the correction myself inexpensively. I really appreciated this gesture and shows me that this company does not seek to sell a product at any cost but to really help its customer. For a more serious problem, I will definitely contact this company.
