(March 15, 2021, 6:56 pm)I purchased two pairs of aluminum snow shoes at Costco in Nov 2020. Upon using them the first time, one of the poleÈs black adjusting mechanism broke. My point on the 4* given is the exceptional service and follow-up to replace the broken piece and within 5 days - no cost to customer and within 5 days. This is how a good business is run.
