Excellent service! We feel that students are really the priority in the eyes of those in charge. They are super accommodating and ready to accommodate for students who need them. Honestly, I have no negative points to complain about.

I went from 2001 to 2004 at this residence which marked some great years in my memory. Very beautiful fraternity between residents from all regions of Quebec. Several great activities took place there in an enchanting environment near services and the CEGEP of course. Very safe environment with surveillance camera system, secure access, elevator and internal security group formed by resident students in Police Techniques. Easy access to an on-site manager in case of emergency. Ideal for newcomers from remote areas like me to build friendships !!!

I loved this place! I met great people there! Safe place, near CÉGEP, near services (pharmacy, grocery store, café, hospital ...), possibility of parking ... absolutely brilliant! I recommend without hesitation!
