In April 2022, all this seems almost new.
Very well soundproofed from the inside but much less from the outside.
Well placed in relation to Quebec center, 15min walk. But on this boulevard a lot of traffic and therefore noise.
Attention no parking without paying. -

(March 16, 2022, 9:31 pm)Very nice loft with all amenities, super well soundproofed and quiet, large windows and friendly customer service!
However, it is very hot and it is impossible to lower the heating. No television stations in French except RDI, you have to use the integrated browser otherwise but it is not super accessible. Also, the "security deposit" of no less than $300 was taken from my card directly upon arrival and will likely take several days to be refunded.
All in all a great experience but I think that some elements need to be reviewed. -

(December 6, 2021, 2:47 pm)The place is super clean and well decorated. He comes with everything you need to cook. The view is magnificent and we are very close to everything. I really loved my experience. The only negative points would be that when the sun is shining, the apartment gets extremely hot (25 degrees and above). Otherwise my experience was great and I recommend going!

(October 9, 2021, 11:13 pm)We stayed here towards the end of September 2021. Once we got there, it felt so comfortable like a home. It was immaculately clean as if no one had ever stayed there before. We stayed in the King Size room and there was so much space in the unit. Everything that you could think of was provided and we hardly heard anyone else staying there. I don't know if this is because you have to be over 21 to stay there. The only critique I could provide isn't even their fault. There was a ton of construction in and around the building when we stayed. They started right around 7 in the morning and it made it difficult to walk around the area, typically causing us to make a detour around the area. This would make even getting an Uber difficult. However, the construction won't be forever. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and we're already thinking of the next time we can go back to Quebec City to stay here!
