  Great place to get away! Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very comfortable. Location allows walking to all of the old city. This hotel is definitely on our return to list!

  Stunning, beautiful, one of a kind hotel. 5 minutes to anywhere old Quebec .
  Highly recommended.
  We loved it and can't wait to come back again.
  Breakfast included.
  Oh ya, need some exercise away from the walking city. Stay on the top floors. 58 steps to the top. Loved it all

  This hotel is great. The staff were very nice. The room was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Great location to explore old Quebec without having to use the car.

  Charming hotel set in a time gone by!! We loved the original architecture! Each suite is so uniquely beautiful. Ours was on the 4th floor, (no elevators, just a gorgeous spiral staircase, it is doable, unless you generally have trouble with stairs.) And these rooms are worth it! So spacious, quaint and classy! (We saw a couple while the maid was cleaning!) And the pièce de résistance is how close to the heart of old Quebec City it was. We walked to everything! The staff was also very friendly, helpful, and spoke English too.

  Quaint and authentic charm in the middle of Old Quebec. Like visiting your well-off great-grandmother . Lots of stairs, but they are all elegant, like the rest of the decor. Cozy breakfast in the basement (more stairs!). Staff goes over and above. Parking and luggage can be complicated because Old Quebec, but the staff tries hard to make it less of a hassle. Free WiFi but a bit unreliable.
