(April 18, 2022, 12:39 am)Difficult to rate. View is amazing, service was good, but the food was just aggressively OK. I'd best describe it as excellent accouterments with lousy cuts of various meats. Not terrible, just not worth the asking price. I think I would've rather come up for a cup of coffee and a croissant than a whole meal.

Food is pretty expensive there but the quality is superb, worth every penny!
Very professional service. We went there for our anniversary and we got a free dessert as a suprise, nice touch. -

(March 20, 2022, 11:11 am)Rotating restaurant is a very nice experience with a great view. Menu is perfect: not too much choices and for every taste (vegetarian, fish and meat options). Beautiful presentation of the plates and it’s delicious. Waiter was amazing. Put that in your to do list when you visit Quebec City!

It's fine dining and the price is high, but the portion and quality are worth it. -
