It's easy to express yourself, but it's pointless if you are misunderstood because you are not on the same "channel"! Audrey has simplified and made accessible a method to help us, my wife is me, to better understand each other, and to better decode us, as a person and as a couple. His verbalization is at the level of Mr. and Mrs. "everyone". To move forward you have to evolve, and to evolve you have to communicate well. The time spent in session with Audrey is an investment that I recommend to everyone. A lively and energizing person, who masters his field excessively well ... Can't wait for the next sessions at the beginning of 2022! Thank you Audrey and see you soon ;-)

But I struggled so much in life trying to understand myself that I told myself that one more experience or months, it was not going to change much. So I went for it and to my amazement she did her end of the bargain. If she promises, she delivers. This is what impressed me the most. So if you're going through something and would like to step up, you're going to be served with Audrey. Me, she led me where I had lost hope of going, to meet myself. It is frankly brilliant, I strongly suggest it to you.
