I have a lot of respect for Lorenzo and his team. Lorenzo, his mechanics, and his front desk attendant all helped me when I most needed their help.

Lorenzo: I reached out to Lorenzo when I needed a set of new tires urgently and I cannot be happier with my decision! I called him at around 2pm and seeing that I was in a rush, he ordered my tires and had them ready for pick up within 2 hours! Had it been anywhere else, I'd have had to wait at least 24 hours for the tires. His price was also excellent and much better than others. He was the only person who did not ask me to come in for a down payment prior to ordering the tires. This trust in the customer is highly appreciated.

Mechanics: As soon as I arrived, two of Lorenzo mechanics showed up to my car and within 30 seconds had the tires loaded onto the trunk and backseat. It was so quick I still do not exactly know how or where they came from! Very prompt and competent.

Front desk attendant: The girl at the front desk was super friendly. I called prior to my arrival to let Lorenzo know that I may arrive a few minutes after 5pm (their closing time) and she ensured me that she will personally stay until my arrival! Once I arrived (at 4:59!) she greeted me with a smile and explained the payment, rebate process, etc.

I see Lorenzo as a true professional whom I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.
