(March 29, 2019, 5:36 pm)Just completed my into package. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of knowledge of the staff. The classes are fun, and the people are super friendly. I'm in my late 40's with a disk herniation, so its a challenge to find a gym that will accommodate my level of fitness. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to improve there health in a safe and effective manner.

The classes are small so you always feel like you are getting personalized training. The training is varied and fun, and Louka makes sure you do all exercises correctly and safely.

(March 7, 2019, 1:45 am)An amazing gym with exceptional attention to proper form. I’m a very active person who was looking to regain strength and flexibility after knee surgery and a back injury. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and have helped me meet and then surpass all of the goals I set for myself.

(December 11, 2018, 3:17 am)Fantastic gym, great people and awesome trainers and From my first session with Louka he has taken the time to teach and share his knowledge. I have trained at conventional gyms in the past and this is by far the most challenging workouts I have done and the fastest I have seen results. I would recommend kettlebells and Louka’s gym to anybody looking for a great way to get strong and in shape.
