(June 1, 2020, 3:30 pm)I have a Giant power vent natural gas water heater. Over 8 years, I have called Giant’s Customer support twice.
Both times they have been unbelievably quick to answer the phone and they are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The customer support was so great in troubleshooting and diagnosing my issues. I wish I called first and didn’t waste so much time searching for the answer on the internet.
