These directed me to the Paris-Provence company, distributor of the product in Canada. It was a pleasure to deal with the representative of this organization. The information transmitted to proceed with the routing, evaluation and repair was clear and unsurprising. Everything was done on schedule at a very affordable price. In addition, we discussed everything that surrounds the Laguiole brand and the Forges Laguiole. Very interesting. To deal with a distributor who does not sell to individuals, but feeling that my need was important was most appreciated. Beautiful organization entirely oriented towards customer satisfaction. Well done!
