Awesome job done by Philip and David for our A/C installation! They worked with such care, protected the floors and cleaned everything before leaving.

Great service from Peter, Sun, Sam, Lina, and Alexa.
Peter and Sun arrived on time. They protected the wall, the floor, and the door to avoid any damage. They clean the working area after the installation.
I'm really satisfied with the installation. Peter did all his best to make the installation up to our satisfaction. Thank you Peter! It was raining all day long, but they still worked in the rain. I will give them 5+. Will definately recommend this company to my friend.

Lina one of the owners is very helpful and professional. Nicolas and Ben the installers and technicians did an excellent clean job. Answering all my questions with precise explanations. They did not leave till all the required tests were done and the Daikin unit responded to their demands. Left my garage and backyard as they found it. We had our heat pump installed yesterday! Tech Tran and his partner are very professional and they did a work of great quality. We now have cool air again in the house and we’ll definitely have a comfortable summer. In addition, As the old outdoor unit was on the roof, they had to climb up high to get rid of it for me. Thank you so much, Tran and your buddy! Highly recommended.

As others have mentioned, Eddy is a wonderful technician and is super helpful from the beginning to the end of his services to clean and perform basic maintenance on your air conditioning unit. Payment is easy and straight forward with the technician by credit card and an invoice is sent to you by e-mail shortly after by the technician.

However, the administration of this company is disastrous.

Throughout my time dealing with them, I had to call them several times each time I wanted to contact them to be able to speak to a representative. Then, if you need a quote for a service other than basic cleaning and maintenance on an air conditioning unit, forget about it. It took over two weeks of me calling them every two to three days to be able to get a quote for the service I was looking for (changing a noisy air exchanger).

Overall, if you need a basic cleaning and don't mind having to call a few times to get service, they're fine. If you need anything else that's more complex than that, look elsewhere.
