  I travelled all the way to Montreal for this ????

  Definitely a Michelin-starred level restaurant. I had the 9-course seasonal discovery menu which is the most expensive tasting menu.
  There’s a nice open kitchen in the center of the restaurant and the best places to watch the chefs cooking are the bar seats surrounding the kitchen.
  The salmon tartare and the Rossini style bison and foie gras with cranberry elixir were both memorable.
  The desserts were elegant, delicious and complicated. The service was impeccable. Top quality ingredients. I was offered a complimentary mocktail while waiting for my seat. In the end they have a gift bag for you which has a nice piece of cake and a bottle of expensive water.
  Overall, it’s classic style French cooking which is not my favorite type of cuisine. But I need to be honest that this restaurant definitely worth a five star rating.
