(February 13, 2020, 11:56 pm)Clean and new equipment, good workout place but don't go during peak hours as there is far too much traffic and too many people, you will be waiting for machines and equipment. Good massage beds and tanning rooms too that are available to the Platinum memberships.

(January 29, 2020, 7:08 pm)Good pricing (but only yearly memberships). The equipment is nice, but not much of it at this location. Hopefully more squat racks and spaces for deadlifts/rows would be added at some point. Plenty of cardio equipment on hand. It's unfortunate they don't allow personal trainers though.

The screen classes are not my favourite but I understand that because of the low cost of membership they can’t have live classes with trainers.
The hydro massage table is great for sore muscles!
The only thing missing in this gym for me is small equipment like medecine balls, bands and jump ropes.
For the price I pay, I am extremely happy with this gym. -
