Douek Apartments

We met David and Gary when we relocated back to Montreal more than 3 years ago. David showed us an apartment and we took it right away. Great value for the location. Both of them have always gotten back to us in a timely way when we had issues (not that we have had any major issues) I would highly recommend Douek Apartments!

I'm tenant of 3871 Beaubien E, a building administrated by Douek Apartments. The building is very well maintained in the heart of a beautiful neighbourhood and with an affordable rent. Regarding the Douek administration, it has always been very professional, kind and quick. In sum, I strongly recommend Douek Apartments if you are looking for a place to live in Montreal.

We were not disappointed. David and his team have been highly responsive, professional, kind, and easygoing throughout our lease. The property we rent in Mile-End is well-maintained, quiet, and has a stunning view of Mont-Royal. It's also steps away from countless bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. David and his team have been accommodating every time we have asked for anything. I would highly recommend a Douek apartment to anyone looking!
