First time there (22.03.29, 19h47) and LOVED it!

My cashier was super nice, and gave us a GREAT recommendation!

He suggested we start with either the Jack classic or the Jack Honey (for a kick) if we wanted a sandwich, so we got both (since there was 2 of us, I got the Jack Honey, while my friend got the Jack Classic, and we shared both sides, which was just enough for both of us to not get tired of eating it).
The sides (for the combo) were either a small (creamy) Coleslaw or (crinkle cut) Fries.

I was REALLY impressed with the size of the chicken in the sandwich!

It’s was really well made, not like what I was expecting, & looked like it was going to burst out of the bun (though the packaging made it look super small even though it wasn’t).

The Jack Honey sandwich was a spicy slow burn, but sooooo worth it.
I suggest if you do get the Jack Honey, to order a Pink Lemonade Slushy to go with it, because it pairs amazingly well with it.
    You WON’T be disappointed.

I don’t say this very often in my reviews, but this is one place that is DEFINITELY a must go back to!

Summer 2021 I decided to do a fried chicken tour of Montreal. This place came in at number 1 and I don’t think it’ll ever lose its spot regardless of whatever restaurant opens up in the future!!! Their food is absolutely incredible. The prices are amazing. The decor of the restaurant is so cool. The experience here overall is really good. If you’re looking for good food and good fried chicken this is the place to be.

Great experience! Nice welcoming staff. Great service . The food was great and good size portions. The place is clean and love the retro look. Got to taste a few things and everything was cooked to perfection and tasted excellent. Loved the little side sauce for chicken and fries!!! Will definitely be going back ❤️

UM. This place is AMAZING. First, we saw the coming soon sign with great graphics and were very excited about what was to come. But for months & months, we would walk past the restaurant and wonder when it would be open. And the wait was SO worth it! This was not a "soft opening." You really did it!!! Your branding is spot on- everything is very carefully considered. Your business is clearly eager and READY to compete with the big boys in town! The spice blend is excellent and your portions are very generous. I appreciate that you are also protecting the quality of your food by not pre-cooking or taking in more orders at a time than is feasible. You can only cook so much at a time- and what a great privilege to have so many people waiting at your door. :-)

Did pickup Saturday night. Overall it did not live up to the hype. Waited for an hour and not from what seemed to be the demand, but the kitchen was slow. Given the simple menu and concept I don't understand how food wasn't flying out of the kitchen. We got 4 piece chicken, chicken tender salad, fries, onion rings, coleslaw. The chicken was really great! Cooked well, crispy, tasty. The brown sauce was interesting, but not my favourite. Their own dipping sauce we weren't a fan of. The fries were not seasoned well and kind of boring. Same with the rings. Coleslaw was great! Prices were good and service was excellent. I think the design and concept are cool, But lots of room to improve
