I called their customer service number for help and was able to get a hold of a person immediately. Top notch buying experience. And this is even before mentioning the quality of their gloves - simply the best quality at its price.

The hand wraps are perfect too, what you would expect from Russ Anber and Company. My son and his 2yr old daughter (mouth piece) loved everything. Very happy.
