  Been ordering and eating at Vincents since the 80's, so I would expect some sort of customer service & appreciation for my loyalty! Yesterday, in the blistering cold I went to pick up a pizza.. once I got home, opened box to see smaller size pizza & not the toppings I ordered and paid for. So I called restaurant, the only option given was to go back to restaurant and they would make me the right one!!!! Person who answered said all they could offer was an apology! So nevermind my family having to wait another hour for dinner, venturing out in the subarctic temperatures twice, and with the price of gas these days, I was offered an apology! No credit, no free pizza, not even a fry...!?! Truly disappointed & they definitely can kiss my business goodbye.

  Usually good pizza dough subs.
  Lately our subs seem to be cheaper and cheaper on steak.
  Who wants to pay $15 for an empty sub? Don't think we will order subs from there anymore.
