  Updated to a 4 star because the owner called and explained the situation.
  
  First of all, the only reason it's 3 stars is because of their inventory stock, delivery and customer service issues. Out of the 3 items that I ordered. Two were out of stock but its being shown on their website. One returned and one exchanged for another product.
  Secondly, I am out of the 30km free delivery zone and I paid for a delivery cost at buyers expense. Shipment was fast, I was told in 2 days except the order was never delivered properly to the address I've provided. *Note* SIGNATURE WAS NOT REQUIRED. I've called them to state the situation regarding the missing order and I was given the same response of "Your order has been delivered" and here's your tracking number and your live tracking. I insist I have NOT received and I've asked him to give canada post a call yet his response was again, it is delivered. You can call canada post yourself and ask!
  LUCKILY, on the second day I've received my order NOT from canada post but by my neighbors in my plaza.
  
  My question is IF my order is actually lost, is your company going to do anything about it? or are you going to insist that it has been shipped to me? Is this how you treat customers? Shouldnt there be a safer way to deliver your products to your customers hands...? Maybe signature required?
  
  Other than these issues, I AM HAPPY that I actually received it. I havent got the time to inspect the cue or played on it yet. It does look good tho! I just hope the cue is not damaged because I did received it OPEN because of the wrong address delivered

  Bought Joola tour 2500 for my 11 year old son. The delivery is fast and on time. The box is heavy. The table is easy to install. He can move the table around and set up and fold up the two separate tables with no problem. The top surface is 1 inch thick. The sound of bounce is beautiful. We like the table and enjoy it very much.
