The service saved my mom's life a couple of times through 2020.
The Lifeline service is monitored by caring people who are dedicated to helping others and save lives on a daily basis. Though the product could still be improved, it is at the core of a lot of people's lives and helps a lot of elderly people remain in their own home with the peace of mind that they are never alone if they have a fall.
I started working there about two months ago. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They offer a great service with great quality. I would recommend their products and services to everyone.
