They were knowledgable, frank, responsive, and never put any pressure on us to buy — even though we looked at dozens of houses over more than a year! Over and over again, When we finally found our dream house, they were ready to go with a detailed analysis in place, a solid working relationship with the seller's agent, and a clear negotiation strategy that got us over the finish line in a brutally competitive market. We love our new home, and working with Team was a real highlight of a process that was otherwise an emotional roller coaster.
