(April 9, 2019, 9:17 pm)the service in itself was good. employees are really nice and helpful but the manager is extremely rude (shes there half the time). she doesn’t help, if you ask a question she’ll answer with a tone and she’s on her phone most of the time even the employees are more professional then her. i bought a cat there 2 years ago and i loved him. i was interested in buying a specific cat last week. the manager was SO rude to the animal and me so i came a back the next day to find she wasn’t there and the most any people helped me out. so i called YESTERDAY to see if the cat was still there i tried calling twice no one answered so the last time i called they finally answered and they told me he was still available i told them to save him for me. they said they will but when i came to pick him up he was gone i asked and they said they sold it. anyway the manager is an awful person but the employees are the nicest. overall its a nice place even if it seems unwelcoming and the animals are well treated.
