I am the caregiver of a person who has lived in this place for about 1 year +/- the owners are really friendly and really do their best to make all the residents feel good.
The only HIC is the general maintenance of the building especially the exterior, balcony, fence and general maintenance of the yard. The owners should really make an effort to improve this, which would be really beneficial for them and for all the residents and of course for their image in general.
I am talking to Jacqueline who lives in this residence. She rated it 4.5 stars minimum. The owners are exceptional. The food is good, she enjoys the wooded yard very much, it is relaxing.
Best residence I know, I find it too underrated, it provides great service and everyone respects each other!! I don't like residences that are too overrated because from 1 it doesn't take time for one person, my for several, so the work is poorly done.
