(March 19, 2022, 8:43 pm)The shoes are of good quality, but they are expensive and the service is very ordinary. The lady puts pressure and makes a lot of judgments without even realizing it. To listen to him talk, every child should wear new shoes all the time and parents spend $600 on shoes per child per year so as not to handicap them. No nuances. It's sales oriented, not customer service oriented. I went there 3 times before realizing that every time I left I was unwell. Moreover, she does not speak to my husband and only speaks to me. This lady comes from another era you have to believe!

Go earlier in the season for better selection since it’s a small space they run out of the popular colours or sizes sometimes, but once they know the size needed they quickly show all the appropriate options. Excellent and efficient service.

(November 7, 2019, 6:40 pm)I wasn't expecting much from that shop when I first went there, but was pleasantly surprised with the choice and quality of the shoes for babies and toddlers, and even for older kids and teenagers. The lady who works there is an absolute pearl, so much so that I have made a point to buy my son's boot there every year; I could get them from somewhere else, but with all the works the St-Hubert has undergone, affecting sales of the shops located on that street, I am pretty sure every sale is more than welcome, clients will be treated like a friend everytime, as I was there.
