(December 10, 2022, 5:15 pm)I love Zoom workouts! Very practical when you have a busy schedule and you don't have time to go to the gym. The courses are diversified (moderate to intensive), there are many time slots (morning - noon - evening) and above all the teachers are super motivating!

(December 8, 2022, 8:35 pm)I have been registered for several sessions and the training is always pleasant. I particularly appreciate the flexibility offered for resuming missed classes. The trainers know how to adapt to the participants by offering several alternatives for each exercise, in addition to being attentive to ensure that everyone performs the movements correctly to optimize training and avoid injuries.
