  Found my dress here!
  I came here for my first wedding dress try on. The store is clean and quiet - no stress here.
  Maria was my sales consultant and let me look at the dresses and pick the ones I'd like to try on. She had a dress in mind that she believed would be a perfect fit. I tried on the ones I picked out and unfortunately they weren't for me at all. I tried on the dress she recommended and in the end it was the dress I ended up getting! It's like she knew exactly what I would fit me and make me feel comfortable.
  I didn't buy the dress after the first time I tried it on because I wanted to challenge it and I did have other appointments booked at other stores the following Saturday. Maria told me to pass by the store by at the end of my appointments if I wanted to try on the dress again.
  After visiting the other stores, in which the customer service was poor quality (the girls didn't seem to have enough experience in trying to understand what their clients feel comfortable in), I came back to Bella and tried on the dress again and I just felt so comfortable in it, I fell in love with it even more.
  Maria and the staff were truly amazing and you can really tell that they have so much experience. I got the dress during their sale event and I got it in the sample size since it was in perfect condition and fit me like a glove. The dresses are high quality and the prices are fair. Definitely do not miss their sales events because they're totally worth it and they really have beautiful and unique dresses.

  Mariella and her team were amazing !! Great customer service, beautiful gowns. I found my wedding dress here after going to about 6 stores ! They have a lot of experience and really accommodated my needs. Highly recommend this place. The prices were great as well.

  AMAZING & EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The staff and none the less the owner they give you a lifetime experience.
  They have gorgeous dresses, GREAT collection, top quality and impeccable prices. Their SALES EVENT are NOT TO MISS. I found more that I could ever DREAM a fabulous wedding dress. With the guidness and the valuable advises I said YES TO THE DRESS!!!

  I went there to help my sister pick out her wedding dress. Important: always make a reservation! They offer really great service and you feel very well taken care of. After trying a few bridal stores on St-Hubert street, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to be in Bella Di Sera: it is quiet and clean, you do not feel stressed or lost looking through dresses. They take feedback extremely well and care for their customers. We found her dress immediately, and it was exactly what she wanted and a reasonable price too! THANK YOU Bella Di Serra!
