Where do I start!? My husband and I enthusiastically hired Yvan as our MC/DJ for our wedding due to his client-oriented, meticulous, and down-to earth approach. When he shifted gears towards real estate, we knew that this was just the person we wanted to help us find our forever home, and so we contacted him confidently. His advice, patience, and due-diligence always made us feel comfortable throughout the process, alongside his friendly and caring demeanor. If I was asked to describe the Perfect experience with a Real Estate Broker, it would be my experience with Yvan.
I was admittedly hesitant about using a Broker and had opted for a Duproprio experience however, I happened to connect with Yvan and he blew me away. Not only did he save me from making a terrible mistake on a property, he helped me navigate everything from that point on. Because of his tireless efforts and support, I was able to secure the house I dreamed of for my family under the tightest of timelines and navigating the tricky 72hr Kick-out clause. Even driving from Montreal to Gatineau for my inspection.

His attention to details, energy, enthusiasm, availability, knowledge and, professionalism were a 20/10, and that's understating it.

I would recommend Yvan to anyone! He is the perfect example of "going above and beyond". This was the first time that we had to rent out our condo, and so we had many questions and were going into the whole thing completely blind. But Yvan really made us feel supported throughout the entire process: answering our questions very quickly (and I mean, VERY quickly), keeping us up to date about any decision that was made, etc. He made sure to post about our rental unit on all social media platforms with excellent pictures and an amazing video montage. Can't be more friendly and helpful than Yvan. Thanks again for everything.

We couldn't be any more happy with the way that Yvan helped us through the entire process. From day one he answered all or our questions and provided us with assistance with anything that we needed. From booking appointments to referring us to a mortgage broker (who also was amazing) to even refer us to a moving company. We really felt that he was making the difference in all the areas that other brokers were lacking. Always stayed in constant communication when we had a question or something needed our attention.
