the culture and the principles of what the gym represents.
Equipments are great, although rush hours can be a bit of a hassle.
The sense of importance is what particularly stands out amongst the other gyms around the area.
Great facility to workout and meet new people.

(February 21, 2023, 11:20 pm)I joined fit forme about 3 months ago, so far I love it. The gym itself is a good size, clean, with all the machines you need. They have a wide selection of classes and amazing trainers at a reasonable price. I signed up for personal training with Alyssa, and she has motivated me so much to start my fitness journey, she’s very professional, encouraging, accommodating and detailed with her workout programs. Without her I don’t think I’d be as motivated and consistent. I definitely recommend this gym and Alyssa as a personal trainer!!!!!!!

I have seen all the gyms in Point-Claire and DDO. This one has the most value of money and is one of the most facilitated ones. Having compared its facilities, customer service and convenience with other gyms, I consider the cost reasonable.
The quantity of equipment and the available space are both sufficient. Although that it is the best gym in that area, I have rarely found it overcrowded, unless in very rush hours, like 6 pm.
I had very good experience during my membership for more than a year. -
