They are so friendly and helpful, they seem to always go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, and if they recommend a product you can be assured it's a good product and it will do exactly what you were hoping it would do. That's my favorite store for everything hair I can't say enough about the service and quality of their products. They know their stuff!!!! ❤

I find their staff knowledgeable however they do not have a large selection and since they deal mainly with shwarzkopf they do not and will not be getting Olaplex which is very hot in the industry. Tsk tsk Chalut, you should stay current with the trends
