Jaded by the other furniture store’s cold reception and uncaring attitudes and mostly shoddy workmanship, I expected much of the same here. From the moment I stepped into their showroom, I was greeted warmly and had stellar honest advice and counsel on options important to my family reality and needs. It was no slick salesmanship but a vested interest in a client-focussed inquiry. The products are at once elegant and modern, made in Turkey. We had choice of colours, fabric and legs. Choices are varied and importantly of solid quality. I bought two new 3 seater blue sofas and despite them arriving later than scheduled (much like other furniture stores post pandemic), Avenue Turk took the time to offer me other options (to accommodate me, they presented several practical alternatives-no other furniture store does this) and had honoured their store policy for late shipment. Unparalleled client service. I have to thank everyone involved in the process from the owners to the store employees and the amazing delivery team that gave a courtesy call 30 minutes before ETA, to them being mindful to deliver the furniture into our space, assist with installation of legs on both sofas and even took the excess discarded packaging with them! Superb professionalism. Throughout the process, the firm’s owner Said has been on-hand for the initial contact, during the delay and finally followed up to make sure that all is well. Honestly I am a confirmed client and I shall be a repeat customer no doubt. I have written this independent review because of my appreciation of the added value service that goes beyond selling a sexy piece of furniture, here at Avenue Turk. Thank you, Said, Dewo-my main contact -and Jackie. I have already referred Avenue Turk to cherished friends.

(June 13, 2022, 3:13 am)Unmatched service! Ordered an ottoman and a reading chair as well as a rug. Got a complimentary side table and matching decorative cushions. Everything was customized to our liking and was delivered within the promised timeframe. We chose the fabric, the colour, the metal detailing and the design we wanted and a few weeks later got the exact product we desired. The owner is very friendly and runs his business with professionalism. Such elegant pieces that still fit within a modern decor. This place has gained a loyal lifetime customer.
