We are very satisfied repeat customers of Proscape. Over the years they’ve built us a sizeable deck with wide stairs, then a pergola over the stairs, and most recently a deck extension which they helped us design (our Covid indulgence). Proscape is a well-managed operation, from the office boss Wendy to the personable experienced carpenters through to the friendly hardworking apprentices. Owner Real is well organized, managing schedules, costs, employees, and on-the-spot client requests with the experienced skill of someone long in the business in this area. We have found them all to be proactive, tidy, timely, detail-oriented, and helpful with all related questions. Real and his team are skilled at dealing with unexpected glitches; they rescued us from six surprise hornet nests, several large boulders buried like icebergs, and uncovered enough rocks from which to build a showpiece garden. As always, all points of contact with Proscape this summer were useful, sensible and pleasant. We like them enough to have taken the time to write up this endorsement.

Really enjoyed working with Wendy and Real. Friendly, prompt and professional service. I had to work out conflicting needs from the two neighbours I share the fences with, this means the style, height and scope changed at least 5 times - Wendy was very patient and understanding. The fence we went with was a 6ft pressure treated fence with 6x6 posts. My land is very rocky, so drilling the 4ft was quite the effort. The distance between posts fluctuates a bit, but I think that's a byproduct of manoeuvring the huge stones in the ground - you need to be paying attention to really notice. My neighbours seem to be pleased as well, there are two others that are planning on giving them a call after seeing the work.
