(April 30, 2022, 10:05 pm)I've been to a couple of boxing gyms and this has been far and away the best. Shandon actually gives attention to everyone there and his tips and advice is great. If you want to learn to actually fight or just workout this place is great.

(April 29, 2022, 9:59 pm)Definitely best gym I’ve ever been to and I’ve been boxing for 4 years. I boxed at KQB for only 7 months and I could feel a drastic change in my Boxing IQ & skills. Coach Shan is super attentive and coaches each one of his clients the way that is best for them. For a quick workout, to get in shape, learn boxing or even become a professional fighter, that gym is for you!🙂
