I reached out to Oliver over Instagram after suffering from a Sciatic nerve flare up. After the first session I felt immediate relief like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. It only took us a few sessions to isolate problem areas and I still feel pretty good.

I plan on reaching back out as soon as my Sciatic nerve acts up again. Oli is super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Great knowledge of human body. Very good to find sore point and remove tension. Seen at least 50 different therapists over the years but Oliver was the only one that have been able to remove the constant pain I had for over 20 years. If you want to be fixed, he is the best. If you want to get a relaxing massage... oh well...

Even if you don't feel any actual injuries, it's important to have a professional check up on you when you're putting your body through hard workouts.
I had tendonitis in my shoulder without even knowing it. I was never able to explain the discomfort I felt in my shoulder until I had a free consultation with Oliver. Within the first 10 minutes he pinpointed my exact areas of pain and explained to me why and how I got to this point. He then recommended a treatment plan - based on my insurance plan which I thought was really mindful of him.
Oliver always goes above and beyond to check up on me at the gym, even on days I don't have sessions with him.
Within only a few weeks I see such a huge difference. He's taught me so much and I am really grateful for having him as my therapist... Can't wait until he becomes a certified Osteopath next year! 😄

I should have started seeing Oliver years ago but I was too nervous to see any physio but an injury left me with no choice. Oliver was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable and completely calmed my nerves. It’s been 5 sessions with him now and I feel great. I even felt better after the 1st one.
