If something is not right, they will do all they can to make it right. I live in the USA and their communication with me is always first rate. If they can save me a few dollars (like when they know the best shipping option) they always try to help. If you are open with them about your level of skill as a magician, the type of magic you like, and your budget they will give you excellent guidance on what products are a good fit for you. They will also help you pick out educational videos and books which will help you improve your skills. However they also respect your wishes. If you were beginner and wanted to buy a difficult effect, they are not going to give you a hard time. Bottom Line: PERFECT MAGIC GETS MY ABSOLUTE HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!
