Marc took the time to understand our needs in order to better help us through each step of the buying process. The discussions we had with him helped us to better define the elements that were most important to us. His great availability was greatly appreciated during the few months during which we worked together.
For each property we visited, Marc made a list of comparables and made adjustments to the area and specific items (floor, garage, etc.). This really helped us with our bid submission strategy.
Marc was also present after the acceptance of our offer and in particular helped us find a notary who would allow us to meet the tight deadlines of the sale at a time when the real estate market was at its peak.
We both enjoyed our experience with Marc and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a property in Montreal! -
