She was always there for the visits and showed genuine concerns for our needs (unlike our previous agent...). She was very helpful in suggesting minor ajustments so that our place would be more attractive to buyers. Her approach is very personnable and she was always available for questions. We highly recommend her!

She is an excellent real estate agent who genuinely cared about finding us the home that fit our criteria. The whole process of buying a house was new to us and she patiently led us through every step and was present with us from our initial viewing to the final signing. When we first saw our future house she knew that we loved it and she provided us with all the information to make the best offer that we could. We never felt pressure from her to make a decision that felt out of our comfort zone. With her guidance and expertise she helped us secure our dream house! We would recommend her services to anyone!

All this from afar, during a pandemic, prior to our arrival to Montreal. Andrea was so helpful in sharing her knowledge of the city and the neighborhood, helped us to connect with potential landlords, and supported our journey all the way! We have so much appreciation for Andrea and highly recommend her services!
