(March 7, 2018, 1:34 pm)Excellent Service, went right when they opened and took me right away. the Rep was very nice and spoke english very well and knew what he was doing, it helped that I had all my paperwork and expense bills for myself and rental property in another province and I was back home within an hours time. This is my first year in Quebec/Montreal and was dreading doing my taxes, I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the amount I had to pay out for filing personal and rental taxes, it was triple what I normally pay to have my taxes done and was not expecting that. I also wasn't able to get the auto payment refund because of it. But that is H&R not the Reps fault, Very pleased with the outcome and experience.
