(January 1, 2022, 8:02 pm)I don't buy my protein here but for anything else save tons of money! Canned goods, dairy brands, vegetables/fresh produce, good selection of alcoholic beverages too. Not too big but not too small. They have cashiers and also self check-out. Not terribly clean but sanitary products are provided for wiping down carts and hands. I save a lot of money on groceries buying the same brands here than at other higher supermarket chains like metro, Costco, etc.
