Two things pleasantly surprised me: 1) the speed of service (Barely a few days to have a Soviet-era watch serviced. One of their competitors has already taken two months for a similar service); 2) the price still quite accessible.
As for the staff, they are very pleasant, both on the phone and in person. When I got my watch, I was in a hurry, but it is clear that the ladies at the reception would have liked to talk to me more about the watch and the care to be taken. -
