From the design process to the completion of the work they were top notch. The crew was quick and clean and left no stone unturned or behind. The work ended on time, exactly as promised. The level of workmanship is extraordinary. I have over the years hired many contractors- none as reliable and as good as Lavoie-Leblac.
The patio they built is perfect. Beyond perfect. The driveway is superb. Every element is precise and well structured. They created a clear and precise work plan, which I reviewed. Then they followed the plan so beautifully, exceeding my expectations. They explained every step and really wanted me to be happy.
There was a small problem on my patio (gutters) but the team came immediately to fix it. They are super responsive. I felt as though I was their favourite client- that’s how they conduct their business.
Lavoie-Leblanc is the BEST company in this field. Specialized, professional, super attentive. I only have superlatives to say of this company. -
