(October 6, 2022, 11:31 pm)I ordered a custom glass top for my kitchen table at 12pm. They told me it would be ready in 2 to 3 days. At 3pm that day they called me to tell me it was ready and brought it over. I'm so happy.
I. Live relatively close and see the owner everyday in passing. He is really nice amd thoughtful. -

(March 12, 2020, 1:50 am)Incredible, fast service dealing with a major emergency. Large front door made out of glass shattered out of the blue and the team from VR was called onsite to help. Installed temporary wood door, cleaned up all glass and provided replacement price all within 4 hours.

(February 9, 2017, 11:51 pm)I had one small piece of glass cut for a table-top so this may not reflect the experience of most who frequent Vitrerie Raymond. I'm really happy with the final product but there were a few hiccups with the service.
I was initially quoted a price much lower over the phone than in person. I walked into Vitrerie Raymond with a pleasant "Bonjour!" and was greeted with a couple of blank stares and nothing else. The same thing when leaving. No goodbyes. I did not feel welcome there and felt more like a distraction. If I came in asking for 300 tempered glass panels with a colored backing, I'm sure their demeanor would have adjusted really quick.
All in all, I recommend Vitrerie Raymond for what I went there to do, which is have a tailor made one-piece glass table top. But don't expect a very welcoming atmosphere.
