(September 2, 2022, 2:19 am)Without a doubt, here it is the best croissant aux amandes I've had in Montreal, having visited all the good French pastry shops in the city and having grown up in France. This croissant is super well balanced, it's crispy and doesn't leave your mouth greasy. Although it is sweet but just the right sweetness. And the filling is perfect. You eat one and wonder when you're going to go back to eat another.
I love croissants but the flan patissier and the roulé aux raisins
.. oh my God .. are so delicious!
Both the owner as well as the pastry chefs who serve you personally are so friendly and smiling.
Listen to me: don't miss out on the croissant aux amandes ...
... better it would be a sin!

(August 20, 2022, 6:51 pm)Nice little bakery full of delicious-looking pastries and baked goods. As soon as you enter, the pleasant smells enter your nose. The service is great, and prices are fair. Highly recommended!
