Customer service was a huge help in directing us to the correct cleaner we needed and the additional accessories that we would need. They didn't "oversell" us, we got exactly what we needed. We're very happy with the quality of the product and the quality of the clean! Thank you!

They sent me a replacement at no charge with no questions asked. Love my steam cleaner also and it's that much better knowing the company is here to help me out!

(April 4, 2022, 4:54 pm)I purchased a Dupray One Plus steam cleaner in 2017, and it has been my favorite cleaning tool ever since! I am not a fan of harsh chemicals to disinfect in the home, but love that I have the assurance that what I steam clean is sanitized and safe with just water. I have used this machine in move out cleans on messes and stains that "everything else" had been tried on - it minimizes the manual labour put in and ensures a great clean every time. I love the versatility that I can use it to clean my entire home, which is the main reason I got the Plus machine - the ability to refill at any point is wonderful. I highly recommend these machines and products to anyone who loves a clean home without having to rely on chemicals and cleaning products.
As an added bonus, the customer service and technical support offered goes above and beyond any company I have worked with. I'll be a happy customer for many years to come. -

Also, the service is excellent - I had a question, and Jeremy answered it, provided the added items I had requested, and even followed up with me. That doesn't happen very often in these days of on-line purchasing. Will be recommending this to everybody, as it was recommended to me.
