  Having never practiced yoga before, I started at Akasha 2 years ago and have maintained a consistent practice ever since. My experience has been so positive that I feel emotional contemplating this review. The teachers have an abundance of positive energy that will quickly melt away any fears you may have about trying this out. I would recommend going at least 3-5 times and try various teachers to fully appreciate the life-transforming gift that this studio has to offer to you.

  Fantastic Yoga teachers who transpire true values and benefits of Yoga. They take time to properly adjust your poses, English or French, you could be just starting or an advance Yogi you will find your piece there. Great location near Metro.
