I emailed my substitution and my order was packed and Shipped out same day.. it arrived on Thursday intact with great quality transfers🤩 This is from Canada to Rural Oregon with flat rate shipping that was so reasonable with no extra charges for chocolate. I love it and will order often. Thank you 🙏
