I recently emailed the company for assistance on how I could obtain a new lock and shoulder strap for my bag
The next day I received a response from a gentleman by the name of Bill Four days later I received the strap and lock free of cost
In my opinion he went beyond his call of duty and took excellent care of me

I recently bought my second Mancini wallet. The first was 7 or 8 years old, and it was still in excellent condition, only red, the leather bore the marks of time. It is the first time in around 40 years that I have found a wallet of such good quality with leather that does not tear or lose its shape. The prices are very affordable for such a durable product. My new wallet is black and smaller. It may last 20 years !! I have had it for almost 2 years and it looks brand new! I suggest to Mancini to create a line of handbags for women. By the way, the 1st wallet, I bought it in Toronto. I was super happy to find the company based in Montreal, following my move here, and to find their excellent products at the Rockland Center.
UPDATE: Was contacted by a representative for the company who worked with me to make it right. Its great to see a company that takes care of its customers
Bought a $400 bag from their company. Leather strap started to fail 11 months in and they refused to honor the warranty.
