I had my hair permanently straightened here for the first time in my life and Mellissa answered all my questions, remaining cool and calm the entire time. I have a lot of hair and she never made me feel like I was a bother or a challenge for her. Take a look at my before and after photos and you will see the excellent results for yourself!
