My car ended up having issues while in Montreal. This was the closest shop that would take me on a short notice. I called them an hour before they closed on a Friday night and they agreed to take a very quick look at the car. They quickly identified the likely cause and were excited to show me the problem. They were able to get the part that was needed in a decent amount of time and I was able to get the car less than a week later.
