Great educational experience with Jennifer via zoom. My 6 month old puppy has improved tremendously with Jennifer's help as have I! I would highly recommend Jennifer and her team to help with any puppy training needed!

We adopted a stray dog that honestly, the vet suggested to put down because the dog was reactive and filled with anxiety. I didn’t want to give up on this guy and then Bravo Fido was suggested to us. I was sceptical of online training at first but after the first session online with Jennifer, we were sold. She was able to understand the dog’s behaviour by watching us handle him and put us on a training plan that works, online sessions are fantastic. Together, this stray dog is well on his way to a happy forever home. Jennifer definitely deserves the 5 stars.

We called Jennifer in September, few weeks after we got our puppy as we felt overwhelmed and we were wondering if we made the right decision (even though we had been waiting a year and a half to get a puppy). Even though the training was online, it was amazing how it helped us get the basis and the routine we needed to ensure our dog happiness and our sanity.
Bravo Fido has this amazing online spreadsheet that helps you follow your dog's progress and make sure you're heading in the right direction. We highly recommend them !!

My roommate and I decided to consult Jen when after about a month of living in complete peace, our dogs started to have issues. The main problem was that my dog, Alfred (a 10 year old border collie/ aussie mix) started snapping in Gaston's face whenever there was food around, and Gaston (a 10 year old husky/lab mix) rightfully became very uncomfortable sharing space with him. I was initially VERY skeptical about how helpful a session over zoom would be, but we went for it. I am happy to say my skepticism was unwarranted - it was a game changer! In just an hour of asking us a few questions, and observing the dogs behavior very briefly, Jen understood the situation SO WELL. She explained to us that it was very normal/common and why (a huge relief), gave us insights we didn't have (how Gaston being blind impacted the situation, for example), and gave us a detailed plan on how to deal with it. She was super patient with all of our questions. I can't begin to express the relief we felt after the session. She also sent us a detailed summary a very detailed step by step of the plan, and a TON of resources (also in French!). She is clearly an expert, and has a talent for explaining things to non-experts. She was also so kind and really had everyone's interests in mind. Our lives and the dogs lives have massively improved. If you are on the fence like I was, take the leap and schedule a session!

We could not be happier for choosing Sébastien to support us as new puppy owners.
His progressive and structured puppy program has been more than useful to us, and allows us to raise a puppy that is well adjusted to its environment.

When getting our puppy in the midst of this pandemic, we knew we wanted to have some professional support, but we also wanted to keep everyone safe.
The way Bravo Fido has been able to switch to a virtual solution is terrific, and we are not sure that we could have had a better training in person.
Each Zoom session is a breeze, and the fact that we can watch a recording of it is amazing to keep up when not everyone is available.

It shows that when the trainer is good, that he masters his program, no matter what the way the class is being taught!
