e-Port Fix

Awesome service and price and easy communication by phone and text! Came all way to our house for bike tuning and to install child seat that i found on Facebook market place (complicated car seat with missing hardware) 1.5 hours to install with lots of competence and patience - and a smile on top! A rare find these days. Not our last time to call Dave. My daughter is so happy 😊

We arrived in Montreal airport only to find out that Air Transat had bent the gear shifters on 2 of our 4 bikes, leaving one unable to shift, and also lost one of our bags that contained most of our tools, including pump, and the pedals and shoes of two riders. After walking our bikes to the hotel we started trying to find a solution that evening.

We came across e-Port Fix that was nearby and decided to call the number, expecting to get a recording with the hours of operation for the next day, which was a Sunday. To our surprise Dave answered, spoke in English, and offered to come to our hotel in the morning with tools and parts, including pedals. He arrived on schedule, set up his bike stand, fixed the gear shifters, installed pedals, pumped up our tires and tune the gear shifting on all 4 bikes and had us on our way to our planned tour of the Eastern Townships on schedule and for a very reasonable price.

We can not say enough about how much Dave saved our trip from the very rocky start that we had experienced. We are so grateful that he answered that late Saturday night phone call. If only there were people like Dave working for Air Transat.

Great service every single time! We have some older bicycles and Dave got them running better than when they were new! Dave takes the time to tune up the bikes so you leave with a smooth and quiet ride. It makes you want to take the bike out more often which is a big win. Thanks Dave!

10 /10 !!! Dave gave us super fast and very professional service !! Excellent service , beyond any expectations - and great price ! He answered on email within minutes and gave us an appointment within one hour ! ( while in other stores you have to wait 5 - 6 days ). He also fixed some details without any additional payment .. I would definitely recommend this company for everyone who has bicycle !!!!

What a great find! I brought 2 very dusty, neglected and OLD Schwinn bikes to be tuned up. Dave brought them back to life - both bikes are now like brand new! Pricing is extremely reasonable and the attention to detail and quality parts is exceptional. Now I have no reason not to be out there biking again! Thanks Dave!!!
